If you do decide to stack your units

Unibind machines are some of the best
thermal binding devices you can use. If you have one of these products,
whether it's the small XU138 or the XU638 which has an astounding six
heaters, chances are you're looking for space in which to store both
your supplies and your machine. Something that can help you solve both
those problems is the Unibind X-Tower, a modular product that can serve
as a storage cabinet for your Unibind supplies and provide you with a
work surface if you place several of these items together. Here are the
strengths and weaknesses of this product.

Strengths:

  • The X-Tower is a storage
cabinet that stands about 17 inches tall. This makes it small enough to
be placed on a flat surface such as a countertop. You could even store
    it under a desk.
  • Each unit has enough storage space for 4 to
8 boxes of covers and/or spines, depending on the size of the box. This
will keep your supplies handy and organized.
  • Due to the
X-Tower's reasonably small size, you can stack one on top of the other
to create a larger storage cabinet or to give yourself a work surface
on which you can place your Unibind machine. The surface of a single
unit is large enough to accommodate the XU138. If you place several
towers together, you'll have a big enough space for the larger Unibind
devices. You can even tack on another cabinet to give yourself some
space in which to assemble your books before binding them.
  • If you do decide to stack your units, lifting them will be easy since one only weighs about 13 pounds.
  • This
product is shipped flat to help you save money on postage. This method
of shipping also helps the cabinet to arrive at your office without any
damage. However, the utilization of this type of shipping means that
you will need to put the tower together yourself. (More on that in a
    moment.)
  • This product is gray and black so it will be an unobtrusive addition to any office.

Weaknesses:

  • Since the X-Tower is shipped
flat, it needs to be assembled with an Allen wrench before you can use
it. Assembling the item isn't too difficult, but it is a bit annoying
to have to put the product together.
  • While a single tower is
pretty affordable, buying multiple ones will definitely put a dent in
your budget. Also, all of the the supplies are sold separately.
  • Some
of the X-Tower's parts are made out of plastic, including the rails
that support the boxes of supplies. This product isn't really designed
to support heavy items, such as fax machines or printers.

Overall, the X-Tower really works best when you combine several units
to make a complete surface/storage area. This product offers a
fantastic way of storing your covers and spines, and it's great that a
single tower can support the Unibind XU138. Therefore, if you're the
proud owner of a Unibind binding machine, the X-Tower is definitely
something you'll want to get for your office.

though you are not likely to need it

TheDuraBind 242 is a nice machine at a nice
price. This workhorse can punch and bind any size booklets ranging up to
fourteen inches, two inches thick. Its two handles enable you to do
your punching and binding at the same time. This is a solid machine as
well, constructed as it is of all metal parts and components. It's a
model of versatility as well, with its fully disengageable dies which
allow you to punch just about any size of paper. The Durabind works hard
and it works fast as well, giving you the ability to punch as many as
five thousand sheets of paper per hour, and to bind as many as two
hundred and fifty books. This machine works like a charm with all
existing plastic comb binding supplies, such as ZipBind, and all of the
major types of binding covers.

The majority of plastic comb binding systems make it difficult to
impossible to bind legal size (fourteen inches) books and booklets. For
the most part, the comb openers on these machines aren't quite long
enough and you have to punch your sheets. That is why, print and copy
shops, or other organizations that find they need to bind legal sized
documents on a regular basis should take a good hard look at the
Durabind 242.

The Durabind 242 gives you a lot of flexibility and at a very good
price. As well as all of the above stated features, this machine gives
you a depth of punch margin control that lets you more securely bind
smaller documents, and gives you better functionality for thicker books
and booklets. As stated above the punching dies on this machine are
fully disengageable which means that you can punch the correct punch
pattern for just about all of the paper sizes in which you will find
plastic comb binding supplies.

This kind of versatility at such a low price makes the 242 one of the
smartest buys on the binding machine market. This is a well designed
machine too. There is a separate handle for the punch and the comb
opener so the system can be placed against a wall for saving space in
your office, and that the comb opener parts and components don't move
during the punching process, saving wear and tear and helping to ensure a
long machine life. And speaking of the punch, this machine can easily
punch fifteen to twenty pages per lift, or two plastic covers. That's a
lot of power in a small and well-priced package.

The heavy duty, all metal construction of this machine ensures
durability, and the punching dies are hollow ground and self sharpening,
meaning you get years and years of trouble free operation. To top it
off, though you are not likely to need it, the 242 comes with a two year
manufacturer's warranty. If you or your business find that you have the
need to bind legal sized booklets, and you want to save a lot of money,
this may be the ideal machine for you. Check it out today.

The James Burns PB21SP Manual 2

The James Burns PB21SP Manual 2:1 Pitch Wire
Binding Machine is an inexpensive way for you or your organization to
enter the world of Wire-O document binding. Here are four good reasons
to check out this feature-rich, easy to use binding system.
  1. Ergonomically
Designed. It seems that the vast majority of binding machines out there
are designed with the handle on the right side. Unfortunately all that
does that make their use by left handed folks either difficult,
uncomfortable, or downright impossible. Not only that but for right
handed people larger jobs can get a little tedious, and there is always
the danger of repetitive motion disorder. With the PB21SP's
ergonomically designed D-shaped handle, you can use the right hand,
left hand, or even both hands with ease and aplomb and with absolutely
no loss of either effectiveness or productivity.
  2. Versatile.
The PB21SP is a punching and binding machine that gives you a lot of
options even within the round-hole 2:1 pitch wire binding world. This
machine has 26 individually selectable pins that can be pulled to
create any custom punching pattern you wish. With this feature you can
create books in a style that is unique to you and your business,
helping you with branding and identity. The PB21SP also can bind
elegant Double-O books in any of the available thicknesses up to one
and a quarter inch. The PB21SP is a machine that was made to help you
show your best face to your clients and customers. Plus, the 2:1 pitch
round holes can also be used with 2.5:1 pitch spiral coil for a
    different look and feel.
  3. Full of Features. The PB21SP is
one-stop shopping as far as binding goes, and it is very easy to use,
even for a beginner. Instead of placing its wire hangers on the back or
on the top like a lot of other machines, the PB21SP features wire
hangers that are conveniently placed on the front of the unit which
means the distance you have to transport your punched sheets is much
shorter, and wire insertion is just that much easier. There is also a
handy closing guide, a set of conveniently located closing adjusters,
and a Wire-O size guide to help with the binding process. When you put
all of that together in one machine, you are looking at a very
reasonably prices binding system that is going to be able to see you
though a lot of projects with both ease and elegance.
  4. Rugged
and Light. The PB21SP is a machine that will stand up to a lot of use.
The punching pins are made of hardened steel, and the rest of the
machine features a lot of metal as well. This is a unit that should
give you years of service. It won't take up much room either, and at a
mere 24 pounds you can move it from room to room with ease, and pretty
much put it where ever you like. It even stores away easily for those
times when you need your table top for other projects.

but you get an 80% advance from the factoring company. This provides predictable cash flow

Most businesses will need some form of business financing to succeed. One of the most common forms of business financing is a line of credit. As opposed to a business loan, a revolving line of credit can be drawn upon when needed. For example, companies like them because they can be used to manage the ups and downs of cash flow. Lines of credit have the added benefit of being (on average) cheaper than most other forms of business financing.

Lines of credit do have drawbacks though. One of the more important drawbacks is that they are subject to very strict underwriting guidelines. This makes them accessible only to companies that have plenty of assets, solid profitability and a good management team. Few small companies can qualify for them.

Their other drawback is that they have fixed maximums. That means that if you reach the line's ceiling and need additional funds, you are usually out of luck. You will need to submit your account for re-consideration to your lending institution and request and increase. This may happen - or not.

There is an alternative to conventional lines of credit that has been gaining traction in the past few years. It's called factoring. Invoice factoring is a financing tool that is directly ties to your sales. It allows you to get an advance on your net 30/60 invoices, eliminating the wait and providing immediate liquidity to handle company expenses and new projects. Since it's dynamically linked to your sales it grows in tandem with your company. This makes it an ideal source of financing for small companies that are in a growth stage.

Factoring provides an easy proposition - you invoice your customer using traditional net 30 terms, but you get an 80% advance from the factoring company. This provides predictable cash flow, which enables you to run your business more effectively. You get the remaining 20%, less a financing fee, once your client pays the invoice in full.

Although factoring is not suited for every business, it's ideal for companies that have heavy payroll and a lot of activity. Some examples include transportation companies, staffing agencies, security companies and construction subcontractors.

the way they all built caves

??????Just looking at some building which has a very wonderful building design gives us a sense of peace and belonging. We all throb within ourselves to own such marvel of a wonderful building, the main but hidden essence of these designs is the architecture and the architect. Architecture is the perfect blend of the creativity with technology with the aid of building materials and elements, the perfect pairing of light and shade, the perfect combination of air and space, the perfect mix of water and earth. Architecture is the process of building after a careful planning followed by the designing and then the construction of the masterpiece. Architecture is always considered to be those buildings found during these modern times where people gape at the tall sky scraper to the elegant villas on a cliff. Well it was actually in existence and usage even during the times of the cavemen, the way they all built caves, tree houses and other sheltering means. As man evolved, architectures also evolved, as man became civilized, architecture also came with some style. Architecture is not only the external appearance but also the way the building is being designed internally, that is the interiors, the way the furniture and the ornaments are being arranged and the way they seem pleasant just like the external appearance, comfort of the building comes under architecture. The different types of architecture include the Victorian architecture, gothic, renaissance, liberal, etc. all these depend upon the time of the construct of the building. But as we humans whither as we age, even these buildings whither as time passes. ?

??????In order to preserve these buildings from these damages and also in order to repair them from the damages already made the process of conservation architect is followed. In this process the buildings are renovated and it is taken care to prevent any losing of the originality of the classic designs. People love originality and the old proverb old is gold is being followed for a long time and people like valuing gold, hence these architectural marvels value is also taken care of. As the name suggests conservation architect leads to the conservation of the buildings. Technology has not been there during those days during the building of those architectural marvels, but we have technology nowadays and the architects are using this technology wisely to build the buildings back into their original forms without as much as missing an angle and line. ?

??????The capital of Scotland, Edinburgh is a very beautiful place, which is known world wide mostly for its wonderful architecture called the Edinburgh architect. While there are many places which act as the landmark all over the world, it is the architectures of the capital city which act as the landmarks. There are many marvels of the Edinburgh architect, of all these the most famous is the St Giles Cathedral which was built during the protestant reformation. The other popular architectures include the parliament house which houses the great hall and the Tolbooth church.

000 to assist eligible homeowners with payments of arrearages

The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department of has announced a loan program for the troubled homeowners who have lost their jobs or are facing underemployment and are now standing head to head with foreclosure. The HUD loan program is a $1 billion initiative and will be available for Puerto Rico and 32 other states. A detailed HUD release states:

“The program will offer a declining balance, deferred payment "bridge loan" (non-recourse, subordinate loan with zero interest) for up to $50,000 to assist eligible homeowners with payments of arrearages, including delinquent taxes and insurance plus up to 24 months of monthly payments on their mortgage principal, interest, mortgage insurance premiums, taxes and hazard insurance.”

The HUD is offering a loan of $50,000 to the unemployed homeowners. Wisconsin, which did not receive any federal aid from any of the previous federal funding initiative, has announced that it will be receiving $51 million through this program. However, there are certain criteria that the consumers need to fulfill in order to be eligible for the loans:

  • Homeowners must be behind their payments by at least 3 months and must have suffered at least 15% fall in income. The homeowners have been able to afford their mortgage payments before the fall in income.

The states which are not receiving this HUD aid have actually been helped by another program called Hardest Hit Fund, which allocated $4 billion for people who are troubled with unemployment or underemployment and are facing the problem of foreclosure.

The HUD program is just a supplementary aiding program of a larger initiative which was taken earlier this year under which the Fed allocated $7.6 billion that was spread across 18 states. It is very clear that the foreclosure crisis has created enormous troubles and with more and more homes adorning the crown of foreclosed inventories piled up, the economy will take considerable time to recover.

However, if you are looking to buy a home, the foreclosed properties must be your first choice due to the huge discounts available. Visit ForeclosureDataBank.com to get the latest foreclosure news and the most accurate foreclosure listings available online.
